I have lived in the Kerrydale section of Dale City for 28 years.  All three of my sons "graduated" from Kerrydale.  When we first moved from Maryland to Dale City, I became a volunteer at Kerrydale.  I eagerly did anything and everything the teachers assigned me, carrying my infant son in his Snugglie along for the ride.  When my youngest son was in second grade, I accepted a teaching position here at Kerrydale.  That was over 20 years ago--back when Kerrydale had no walls!  Each year has offered many challenges and rewards.  Nothing makes me happier than when I run into some of my former students out and about and they recall things that happened when they were in my third grade class.  It's been a pleasure to be part of the Kerrydale team--and it's not over yet!  Stay tuned!
